  • What are Blockboards?

Blockboards are made entirely of wood. They have a central core made of solid wood strips, which is provided with stable top layers on both sides. The surface is finished with a natural real wood veneer – optionally made of oak, beech, cherry or walnut. This high-quality veneer ensures a noble appearance and brings out the natural beauty of the wood to the full.

The Blockboards are characterized by good durability, low weight and high load-bearing capacity. The middle layers are made of spruce /fir/pine and are available as a rod version. Sealed off in the top layers with Gabon or similar peeling veneers. The end layer (veneer) runs transversely to the top layer (barrier). Thus, the end position runs longitudinally to the bearing direction.

If desired, the surface can be treated with colorless furniture oil to emphasize the grain and preserve the natural wood color. Alternatively, an individual coloring in almost any shade is possible – according to the personal style and the requirements of our customers.
