Transparent process, tailor–made production - from inquiry to delivery.

Your desired furniture is created in close coordination with you. In order for you to keep an overview at all times, we have made our ordering process clear and customer-friendly. How it works:

1. Make an inquiry: Choose your desired product from our range and tell us the relevant details: product name, desired size, shade and type of wood. Simply send your non-binding enquiry by e-mail to: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .
2. Offer & Purchase agreement: We will prepare a detailed offer based on your wishes and send you the purchase agreement for review by e-mail.
3. Order confirmation & start of production: With the signing of the contract and the receipt of a deposit of 70% of the order value on our account (the bank details can be found in the attached invoice), we officially confirm your order and tell you the expected delivery date. The production of your unique piece begins.
4. Final Payment & Shipment Preparation: As soon as your piece of furniture is completed and ready for shipment, we will inform you. The remaining 30% of the invoice amount is due. After receipt of payment, we will organize the shipping-proof packaging and delivery.
5. Goods receipt & handover: Upon delivery, please check the goods together with the carrier for completeness and obvious transport damage. The signature on the recumbent ticket confirms the proper receipt.

Delivery
Since we only make each piece of furniture especially for you after your order, the usual delivery time from the factory is about 30-40 working days for individual beds. You will receive regular updates from us on the status of your order.

Delivery area
We deliver throughout Germany and within the EU. For deliveries to other EU countries, we will be happy to make you an individual offer for the shipping costs. Please ask this directly with your request.

Payment method
Payment is made conveniently by prepayment/bank transfer. You will find the necessary bank details on your invoice. Please transfer the due amount within 5 working days after receiving the order confirmation.
